Take for instance a horse...he has four legs...  if each tries going different directions the animal ends on his backside in a pretzel.  This is what the New Age movement does...it ties you up into pretzels such that you cannot hear for all the garbage between you and your original directions.  It doesn't get you closer to what you say you are searching..it lands you on your backside...again.  (bet you recognize that position???  me too)

To pursue a religion that is not yours by birthright is to graft another layer from another culture between you and that which you seek., leading you further away from that which IS yours...and it IS yours just because you ARE you.

I have heard it said by some seeking Native Spirituality that Indians have always been admired because somehow they are just closer to God.
No race was  or is "closest to God".  We each individually have that  capability.  It is born within you.  You personally already have one end of that telephone..and Creator is on the other end.  You cannot find your personal number on someone else's phone line.  Try dialing your own..:)

Seriously, try calling..in all honesty...just call.

You don't need directions from anyone else, or any other religion..you are simply exchanging one set of "how tos" for another.  Dogma is dogma regardless of its wrapping.  If you are not born to this direction, it is a set of "how tos" which avail you nothing...truly..nothing.

Ask Creator...you already have what you need to connect..just get quiet, ask and then practice listening.
