Ish,      I don't really know who to contact with this info, but yours is one of the only e-mails I could find on this site! I work for Winnetka Elementary School in Dallas, TX and I wanted to let you know that we are now the "Winnetka Wildcats" instead of the Braves. I am new here this year, but from what I understand, there were a lot of Native American "decorations" around the school, including a painted warrior on a hardwood floor that has since been ripped out. I wonder if you could have our name taken off the list or maybe have a new list started of schools that have "mended their ways". I could not feel proud to work in a school that offended any ethnic group of people.
