The order of the district court dismissing the indictment is vacated, and the case is [F.2d 1408] remanded for further consideration in light of United States v. Loud Hawk, 474 U.S. 302, 88 L. Ed. 2d 640, 106 S. Ct. 648, 54 U.S.L.W. 4083 (1986), reversing 741 F.2d 1184 (9th Cir. 1984).
