*The Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma's plan to convert the Woodland's Race Track, *Wyandotte County, Kansas, into a Las Vegas Style Casino was once again *rejected by the US District Court.

**Bankruptcy Case: A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has rejected The Woodlands' *request for reconsideration of its plan to emerge from bankruptcy in *partnership with an Indian-operated casino. *
*On Thursday, Judge John T. Flannagan declined to reconsider his ruling of *April 8, when he rejected The Woodlands' plan. The April ruling moved the *track a step closer to being purchased at auction by its creditors.
**With the development Thursday, Woodlands' officials now have the option of *appealing Flannagan's original ruling. A track official said a decision would *come this week.
