*Dear Ishgooda:
*
*

*Its not the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma's Plan that the United States *Bankruptcy Court has reject !!!!!!!!!!  The Plan that was rejected was offered *by the Debtor, Sunflower Racing, Inc., and its parent company, Hollywood Park, *Inc.  The Wyandotte Tribe is not even a party to the case, and the suggestion *that the Bankruptcy Court rejected the Wyandotte Tribe is simply wrong. *

*Recently, the Unified Government of Kansas City and Wyandotte County entered *into an agreement with the Wyandotte Tribe, embracing the concept of the *Wyandotte Tribe operating a gaming facility at The Woodlands.  This Agreement *is not only supported by the local elected government, but the Chamber of *Commerce, local business organizations, trade unions and even the local school *district have voiced thier support for the Agreement.  The Creditor's Group, *which would own the Woodlands if Judge Flanagan's ruling is upheld, has *already contacted both the Unified Government and the Wyandotte Tribe to *discuss the Wyandotte Tribe developing a gaming facility at the Woodlands when *and if the Creditor's Group acquires the Woodlands.

*

*What happens in the Bankruptcy Court will determine who the Wyandotte Tribe *ultimately must work with.  But the Wyandotte Tribe will develop a gaming *facility !!!!!!!!!!

*

*{Note: the above letter is from an attorney employed by the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma..Ish}
